How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), then shipped via Speed Post. Estimated delivery is 6–10 days from order confirmation.

How much is shipping?

Speed Post shipping is ₹80. It's free on orders above ₹1,890.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the day you receive your item, for items that arrive damaged or unusable. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Are your products authentic?

Yes — everything at Douyin Shop is 100% authentic K-beauty, J-beauty, and C-beauty. We don't sell counterfeits.

How can I track my order?

Do you offer cash on delivery?
